Daisy & Robbie
Daisy and Robbie found love over a news report. Daisy at the time was working as a news reporter when, without knowing who he was, interviewed Mr Robbie Katter. It was instant attraction for these two and it was his caring and sweet nature that had won Daisy over.
Now living in Mt Isa, these two planned to have their wedding down in Brisbane, where Daisy had attended her last years of school. The Stuartholme School, full of memories and stories for Daisy, now includes the memory of where she and Robbie tied the knot. The beautiful and colourful stained glass window was their backdrop for their cathedral ceremony. They said their “I do’s” in front family and friends that had travelled from near and far to witness Daisy and Robbie make it official.
We had the privilege of touring around the Queensland Parliament House where Daisy and Robbie had their portraits taken. Robbie was pretty chuffed to show his face up on the wall of members as we walked through. With a short time frame, we took some snaps of these two love birds all the while trying to soak up the beautiful architecture inside the Parliament House.
The rest of the night was celebrated at the Victoria Park golf course. With a live band to set the vibe, this black tie wedding was the perfect blend of sophisticated and fun.
